SABC journalist Chriselda Zozi Lewis reported that three individuals were taken out and interrogated due to suspicions regarding a conspiracy to kill prominent participants in this notable trial.
Authorities later confirmed the filing of a conspiracy to commit murder case in relation to the event.
Lewis indicated that law enforcement was aware of a ““group of individuals”” who attended the court with the intent to seek an opportunity to harm significant figures in the case.
This disclosure sparked a wave of indignation across South Africa, with many expressing concerns that justice for the deceased soccer player might not be triumphantly attained.
