Sizwe Dhlomo criticizes Gayton McKenzie
Sizwe Dhlomo has lashed out at the Minister of the Department for Arts, Culture and Sport, Gayton McKenzie, in a public forum.
Dhlomo has consistently expressed his disdain for McKenzie, often engaging with him on social media.
The latest incident occurred on Thursday when a user on X inquired if Dhlomo would consider having McKenzie on his radio program.
“Would you invite gayton to your show? It seems like you dislike the guy,” the fan commented.
Sizwe’s reply was pointed.
“To do what here? The guy is an idiot,” he wrote.
Sizwe Dhlomo’s retort has received significant attention, stirring a variety of reactions. Some encouraged him to adopt a more restrained approach, while others appreciated the candidness.
“Tone it down. You can still get your point across without using insults. How many idiots do you know of that have a similar background as Gayton who go on to be wealthy as him? Sobe singekho thina when shit hits the fan. X is not a real place. Sengihembe,” wrote one X user.
