Sporty Group Unveils Fresh Anthem 'For Everyone'

Sporty Group has announced the release of “For Everybody,” a new single along with a music video created in partnership with a prominent African music artist. This extensive project features a roster of Africa’s top athletes—including Camavinga, Nico and Iñaki Williams, Ighalo, Makelele, Karembeu, Alex Song, Militão, Asisat Oshoala, Cheslin Kolbe, and others—representing a significant cultural moment that intertwines music, movement, and identity, coinciding with an important year for sports in Africa.

The song, which can be found on Burna Boy’s and SportyTV’s YouTube channels, is part of a broader cultural initiative. It aligns with Burna Boy’s commitment to celebrating African pride, unity, and influence. “For Everybody” is being released just before the highly anticipated Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2026 Final between Morocco and Senegal tonight, January 16, at 20:00 local time. Fans will have the exceptional opportunity to see Burna Boy perform live at The AFCON Last Dance from the Olm Souissi Fan Zone in Rabat.

The music video is directed by acclaimed American director Dave Meyers, in collaboration with renowned choreographer Shay Latukolan and Sporty Studios. The film captures the emotional and physical energy intrinsic to African sports: ambition, rhythm, and global significance. It features dynamic performances from Burna Boy and the athletes, merging cinematic visuals, athletic choreography, fashion, and storytelling rooted in football, culture, and community. The lyrics emphasize themes of resilience, legacy, and collective strength, paying homage to a new wave of African icons influencing both the sports arena and beyond.

“Africa is a continent of extraordinary cultural richness—defined by beauty, grace, and boundless diversity,” comments director Dave Meyers. “Being welcomed into that space to celebrate its fashion and movement was an invitation I felt truly honoured to receive.”

The athletes featured in the project symbolize the continent’s strength and diversity, correlating the song’s launch with their careers and highlighting the connection between music and sport, along with the pride of fans across the globe.

The release today signifies the first complete manifestation of the creative vision that Burna Boy and Sporty Group have been cultivating, following a series of teasers that heightened global interest.

The music video is now accessible for viewing on Sporty Group’s YouTube channel HERE.
