Television personality and acclaimed actress Thando Thabethe sparked concern among her followers after announcing her hospitalization.
Thabethe, who was recently in the spotlight after attending an event at Orlando Stadium with Robert Marawa, explained the circumstances leading to her condition.
The 947 radio personality had previously impressed fans with her launch of a men’s line, called Thabuti, as part of her Thabooty brand.
On Friday, May 1, 2026, the popular actress posted a clip on her Instagram detailing her hospitalization.
Thabethe captioned the clip: “Didn’t know whether to laugh or cry 😭😭😭…so I created a movie instead. Would I do it again? Absolutely yes!!! A reminder to do it scared, but do it anyway!”
In her video, Thabethe shared that she sustained injuries during a skydiving attempt when she failed to land properly.
