Makhadzi is dedicating time to recovery and regaining her strength after experiencing a car accident on the morning of December 31.
The accomplished artist updated her followers on Instagram this past Tuesday, providing insight into her rehabilitation by sharing a heartfelt video from a physiotherapy appointment.
The video featured a song she composed during her recovery, which discusses themes of solitude, determination, and optimism.
“Coming back strong soon. Few weeks left. I recorded this song last night. I was feeling lonely, keep sending me beats … I will be working on them,” she wrote.
This latest post comes in light of a previous announcement in which Makhadzi shared that her medical team has recommended a 10-week home care period due to her injuries.
Although her recovery has led to a suspension of live performances, she indicated that this will not hinder her music creation.
